Let me tell you about andBeyond Bateleur Camp. It’s where you want to go for a grown and sexy vacation. Peep the cooper bathtub behind me. It’s big enough for two, imaginative lovers😊. To the right, is a gin bar with a wide variety of gins, some not available anywhere else in the Mara. Bateleur is elegant, luxurious and just calls for pampering. Leave the kids at home and head over to this gem in the Masai Mara.

📍 Artcaffe Westminster
When @themagunga posted about the place I knew I had to experience it myself. In this gorgeous building, the 1960s meets 21st century flair. It’s the high ceiling, the beautiful island bar and the music for me. The ambiance is A1! If you’re ever in the CBD and looking for a lovely spot to hang out, look no further.

THE LIBRARY, SARIT CENTER
Happy Saturday! Had a fun lunch at The Library at the new wing at Sarit Center. It’s a cool eatery with a wall of books you can pick and read as you wait for your meal.

☘️ Ambiance: Love the different shape seating spaces! The hexagon seats are most people’s favorite! Absolutely Instagrammable! They could do better about the music. 8/10

☘️ Service: Jackie our waitress was friendly and efficient. The service could be faster though especially in taking orders. 7/10

☘️ Food - I had tilapia and mashed potatoes while my date had roast chicken and fries. My portions were small, the chicken was sizable though. The quality of the food was ok, not great. 6/10

☘️ Price: Both our meals were Ksh. 1,200. Juices are Ksh. 300, milkshakes Ksh. 450.

Verdict: I’d go back for drinks and pics for the gram 😀not the food. Peep my stories for views!
