Hi there and welcome to the blog!

Sarah is a travel professional who has been working as a marketing co-ordinator for the last eight years. From the sandy beaches of Diani, to the savage wilderness of Samburu, her work has led her to different parts of Kenya. Sarah’s travel experiences and love for writing led her to start her travel blog www.sarahstravelogues.com. In here, she shares hotel and destination reviews as well as travel tips for people who are looking to travel around Kenya and East Africa in general.

Sarah’s writing journey started back in uni when she wrote book reviews for the Saturday Magazine, an insert in the Saturday Nation Newspaper. She also contributed to the Marketing Society of Kenya’s Sokoni magazine and currently writes travel stories for Her Story Matters, a quarterly online magazine.

In the words of Richard Mullin, “The only man I envy is the man who has not yet been to Africa – he has so much to look forward to.” Africa is a stunning destination, with plenty of rich corners just waiting to be explored. Sarah’s passion is to tell of these pockets of beauty in a way that will inspire others to visit them too.

I hope you enjoy reading the travelogues – kindly like, share and comment. I love hearing from you!
